Transforming lives by addressing critical health challenges, empowering marginalized communities, and advancing gender equality for a healthier and more equitable future
OUR APPROACH
We are committed to transforming the health and well-being of marginalized communities through two impactful initiatives: the Community-Based Management of Malnutrition and the Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Awareness. These programs are designed to empower individuals, especially women and girls, by addressing critical health challenges and driving sustainable change within their communities.
The Community-Based Management of Malnutrition program in Luni, Jodhpur, focuses on reducing malnutrition among the SC and OBC communities, addressing root causes such as food and water insecurity, limited access to quality healthcare, and lack of awareness about health services. By empowering youth, newly married women, and health workers, the program seeks to lower maternal and child mortality rates and improve health-seeking behaviours.
Our SRH Awareness program seeks to break the cycle by providing access to SRHR education, life skills, and proper sanitation facilities, specifically focusing on the significant challenges in managing their menstrual hygiene. By fostering awareness among both girls and boys at school and village level, we create a supportive environment that promotes gender equality, protects the rights of girls, and improves their overall well-being.
